We are charismatic and believe in the power of the Holy Spirit to transform lives and in our ability to hear and obey the Holy Spirit. We are Sacramental; we believe in the power of the sacraments given to us to transform lives and our communities. We are evangelicals; we believe in the power of God’s word and in daily scripture study.

When we say ‘charismatic,’ we mean the active presence and power of the Holy Spirit in our lives. We believe God gifted us with the Holy Spirit not just for personal blessing but to empower us to heal, speak in tongues, and receive guidance from God for our daily decisions. We expect the Holy Spirit to be active when we pray, and we believe each of us can hear God’s voice through the Spirit’s leading.

The church’s sacraments are power, not ritual. These gifts are the Sacraments of Initiation, Healing, and Service. At the center of worship is the Sacrament of Holy Eucharist (Holy Communion), which we believe is the real presence of Christ.

We are a church holding to a high view of the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments, believing them to contain all things necessary for salvation; nothing can be taught as necessary for salvation that is not contained therein.
